Do’s/Don’ts

Before Commissioning

• Contact me via email at snowiferart@gmail.com or through DMs Instagram Tumblr Twitter DeviantArt Discord: Snowifer#0934
• All parties are expected to communicate clearly and respectfully
• Please send the wanted style, reference photos, and any details such as pose, expression, etc
• I will respond with a price quote and any questions
• I have the right to turn down any commission request for any reason
• Unless otherwise noted, work on the commission may be broadcasted on Twitch.
• The TOS is subject to small changes

Payment

• Payment is in USD via Paypal or Stripe invoice
• Payment is 100% upfront upon agreement
• Works are for non-commercial use (personal) only unless specified
• Works for full commercial use will be 300% the personal use price.
  • This usually entails directly selling the art piece as stickers, on apparel, etc.
• Works for other commercial rights will be 200% the personal use price.
  • This includes promotional material, twitch/ youtube emotes and alerts, banners, etc.
• Discounts for commercial rights may be given for long term projects.
• If a specific deadline is given, a rush fee will be charged based on the deadline
• No work will begin unless the payment is received in full

Process

• No major changes may be made to the commission subject after agreement
• Turnaround is usually a few days to a week, but can take up to 1 month
• A W.I.P. will be sent at the sketch stage, and 2 major changes can be made for free during the sketch. Minor changes up to 5 edits can be made at any later stage
• Further works in progress may be sent upon my discretion or the client’s request
• Any additional major changes or minor changes will incur fees based on the amount of work
• The final version along with a watermarked version for sharing will be sent either through imgbb links, discord, or email
• Should I become unable to finish a commission, the client will be notified as soon as possible

Cancellation and Refunds

• I may cancel a commission for any reason at any stage of progress and refund the appropriate amount
• A full refund will only be given if no progress has been made on the order
• Partial refunds will be given based on the amount of work done
• If the client cannot be contacted for an extended period of time or refuses contact, the commission will be considered finished and no refunds will be given
• The client cannot under any circumstances force a chargeback/refund once the commission has been completed

Copyright and Use

• My signature may not be removed from any work under any circumstances
• Works may only be edited or altered by me, the artist or with explicit permission
• Proper credit must be given when using the commission on social media
  • Only the watermarked version of the commission may be posted with credit on social media for non-commercial commissions
• I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use unless otherwise agreed on
• Non-commercial, personal work may not be used for making or promoting monetized content by anyone but me, the artist

Extra info for sculptures

• I will send progress check for an unbaked sculpture and finished before shipping.
• Payment after unbaked piece is approved.
• I ship USPS First Class. Shipping starts at $4 for keychains and $6 for sculptures. International shipping (outside the US) starts at $10 for Canada and $15 for other countries.
• Domestic shipping usually takes a few days while international shipping can be 1-3 weeks
• The sculptures are not toys and shouldn’t be used as such. If broken, they can be fixed with super glue.
• Problems with shipping/ refunds will be taken care of on a case by case basis
• Keychains can withstand a little wear, but nothing too extreme.
